Park City is known for its outdoor activities, fun things to do, cool people, and mouth-watering food. If you are looking for something that is easy, fast, and won’t break the bank, it is time to check out the numerous pop-up cafes, laid-back restaurants, coffee carts, and food trucks dotted around the bustling mountain town of Park City, UT.

But where should you go that is absolutely top tier when it comes to fast food, great service, and mouthwatering ingredients? Where is the best breakfast spot to grab a smoothie or the best lunch joint to get a filling sandwich after a hard hike on the mountainside? We have narrowed down the extensive list to the top five food trucks in Park City.

Komrade

Komrade’s is one of the most well-known food trucks that is easy to find and offers mouthwatering ingredients, farm-to-table food, and local produce. The owners here are insistent on only using backyard-grown vegetables, fresh ingredients, pure protein, and freshly picked items that add enough flavor to your dishes without additives.

One of our favorite things to get is the Veg-Head dish, featuring sweet potatoes, mushrooms, onions, mixed greens, veggies, chipotle aioli for a little kick, and creamy feta cheese. If you want a typical Greek dish, the ‘Greek’ with chicken, veggies, onion, feat, and the famous tzatziki sauce is the top choice.

Do you want something filled with meat? The Brat with bratwurst, sauerkraut, veggies, onions, mustard, and greens will really hit the spot. For other meat lovers, the ‘Bird’ with grilled chicken, mushrooms, and melted cheese is a savory treat for any time of the day.

Murley’s Acai

Murley’s Acai will surely hit the spot if you are trying to eat healthy, want a sweet treat for breakfast, or only focus on eating high-quality and fresh ingredients. Murley’s can do it all, churning out tasty acai bowls, smoothies, and juices to help you feel and look good during your holiday.

If you are a first-time goer, an acai bowl is a must. We recommend ordering the small bowl and getting your choice of base and toppings, such as organic unsweetened acai, apple juice, strawberry, and mixed berries. Top the creation with your choice of sweet things, like chocolate chips or cacao nibs, and fruit or nuts, like banana, granola, and toasted coconut.

Freshies Lobster Co

There is nothing better on a hot summer day after a hike than to go to Freshies Lobster Co. to grab a beer, gaze out at the bright blue water, and eat fresh seafood that has just been caught. You can build your own lobster rolls, order one fresh there, or try some of the infamous crab meat.

Not sure what to get? We love the lobster rolls featuring fresh Maine lobster, toasted Northeastern hot dog bun, mayonnaise, and creamy butter. For customers who want something different, the spicy lobster sliders with sriracha aioli and roasted red peppers add a bit of a kick to a traditional sandwich.

We know that some people don’t love seafood. That is why Freshie’s also includes a creamy and savory caprese sandwich with toasted ciabatta bread, burrata cheese, and balsamic dressing to make you feel like you are in an Italian villa. Or, the Nono Dog, with grass-fed beef and a NE-style hot dog bun, makes you feel like you are at a pro ball game.

The Border

The Border churns out tasty food at two locations dotted around Park City, Utah, like the typical Mexican and American cuisine that makes you fall in love with burritos, tacos, burgers, birria, chiquitos, and much more. There are tons of items on this food menu that are good for Tex-Mex lovers or for those who want authentic Mexican food.

If you are in the mood for a typical American lunch or dinner, try one of the burgers, like the Monster burger with tons of bacon, the avocado burger with heart-healthy fats, or the Bacon Wrapped Hot dog for the best of both worlds. For Tex-Mex dishes served right from the truck, we love the massive burrito, cheesy quesadilla, or tacos for less than $3 a piece.

Specialty dishes here include the Birrita Tacos, with three cheesy tacos including slow-cooked beef, onion, and consomme beef broth. Our Northeastern lovers will absolutely die for the Philly cheesesteak with fries or the Torta, a filled sandwich that is just like a hoagie with Mexican food.

Eli’s Kitchen

For Tex-Mex lovers who just can’t get enough of the guacamole, Mexican seasoning, and tasty tacos, Eli’s Kitchen and Taco Truck is the ideal stop for lunch the next day. This cool food truck is located right on Uinta Way, making it easy for you to have at any time during your stay.

We recommend trying the filling chiquitos, tortas with your choice of fillings, or savory and fresh tacos with tons of fresh vegetables, lime juice, and pickles.
