Through a series of guided steps, you learn the intimate process of distilling, the rich history of gin, and the art of aroma sensory skills. After selecting your desired botanical and distinctive flavors, sit back and enjoy a four-course dinner by 350 Main’s chef Matt Safrenek. Your custom libation will be available for pickup later that night or the next day.

The Next Course: Cooking for Two

Mountain Town Olive Oil Co. is hosting The Next Course – Food and Wine Pairing, a weekly tasting class that takes on Historic Main Street. Observe expert chefs prepare exquisite dishes and thoughtfully explain different ways of using oils, vinegar, and more to create the perfect dish. On February 13th at 1 pm, the focus is Cooking for Two. Learn how to perfect dishes like Truffled Scallop, Skillet Pork Chops, Oven Polenta with Roasted Mushrooms, and Crème Brulé. You’ll receive recipes to take home, a small selection of Mountain Town products, and a discount for future shopping.
